A governed operating system for media: it holds what each brand is, what it has published, how it performed, and what is approved next. Every output is measured; every measurement can be traced.

What each WAE property is, its voice, its rules, and its operating history.
What was published and how it performed — the raw material of measurement.
Humans bound the system. No autonomous publishing without governed approvals.
Predictive components operate prospectively; prospective validation is not yet established and is published that way.
Operating outputs flow into the Evidence Kernel as chainable artifacts — the connection between system and record.
WHAT IT IS NOT
It is not a dashboard company, not a scheduling tool, and not the definition of WAE. It is infrastructure — one stratum of a system of systems. Unfinished capabilities are not presented here as production capabilities.
